    As I understand the body digest food much easier if you do not eat carbohydrates and protein together. However, I am not an expert on diets, and I know there are a lot of different takes on out there, combine that with what is, or fat and carbs together and one of them. My advice to all is to do your own research on this issue and make an informed choice! Good luck with that:)

    Nice meditation. I really do not want to lose weight I need to win a little, but I just visualized it differently, as you said at the beginning, and it was really quite intense. Definitely will this practice Thanks E!

    Weight loss is such a worthwhile cause. It can be such a challenge, but it can be so rewarding. I used to be very difficult, and I had this mental idea of me as a thin man. when I caught my reflection, I was sad because I have so much of what my idea is war.das best feeling, look and feel for yourself and to love. makes it all worth it, and gives you the energy and motivation to keep progressing.

    one important reason people gain from eating when they are bored. Food should not be entertainment, ask yourself if you really hungry, or just boring.
