Hello! :) This is my first video blog ever — one aimed at monitoring and tracking my weight loss journey. After gaining 30 pounds in 10 months, I’d had enough of my yo-yoing up-and-down. I’d like to lose the extra weight, but also make progress towards shaping a better, healthier, more active lifestyle. Hopefully the videos will get better, and somewhat shorter, in time! I was extremely nervous for this, so I was a bit more robotic and more ramble-y than usual (not to mention the countless “ums” and “you knows” sprinkled throughout). I also kept forgetting what I wanted to include (and some of the topics didn’t make it into this video). I apologize! Anyway, thanks for watching, and I look forward to the journey with y’all! :)
