   @ Xinoutorah She’s being on your feet all day and seems fairly active – perhaps it goes where it works as well. For me it would be too much, because I’m lazy. But when I walk an hour a day to start again on the campus, I could eat anywhere between 1600 – 1700 calories per day and not gain weight. It probably needs more at first because of underweight – if they eat in 1800 as it is and remains that thin, she either has a super-fast metabolism, or is very active. Energy drinks do not help.

   @ Bnmjy I calculated how many calories would it take to maintain my weight. Eating burn as many calories as you would allow you to receive the same weight. 2000 calories is too much for me, it is impossible for me to eat, that many calories if I eat a lot of high food calories as ice I guess. I tried, I only got as 1600th

   @ Xinoutorah want Uh, no you nicht.Sie weight gain achieved by your body a certain point. It takes more energy to body functions führen.Das with more fat is the reason to get over £ 200, you would have to eat more than 3000 calories per day.

    Lol @ ToxicMonkies not! It is not healthy, eat healthy and exercise – this is the best way to go. I will do:) and I lost much weight do just that.
