I do not know if I could live an “all vegan” lifestyle, but I can just see myself as a vegetarian 99%! I am presently overweight (260) 6’3 “I would be 200-210. I have said for high blood pressure and my dr hospital that my weight is a major cause. While I could see fast switching my diet, what would you for the basics before? “I think I would go shopping and buy just a crapload of fruit / vegetables … I guess I just do not know where to start?
@ LiferegeneratorIch trying so hard to convince them that the raw food is the way I am very frustrated right now she is in hospital, the hospital food Posion, she went into renal failure at Christmas and she has diabetes and had her leg amputated , now 4 and has a heart attack, I’m trying to save their lives, we do not have much money, and I am overwhelmed fühlen.Ich switched to an organic vegan 90% to 100% raw diet about 9 months ago.

Dave, how bad was your kidneys, the percentage of functioning were you before the raw food, and what is your kidney function jetzt.Meine mother has type 2 diabetes and has bad kidneys function at about 25 to 30 percent, you know if the raw food can damage your kidneys or, conversely, the damage is irreparable.
@ RachelMarie81b12 is a very controversial issue, many need raw vegans claim to NEVER do B12 and fantastic, is very gesundDan one of them, much b12 supplements are animal foods

liferegenerator: Thanks for your comment. I see my wrong thinking about raw food rather than ordinary foods. Really, the biggest raw food is normal food, I sold out to the thinking of processed foods normal.Ich decided to eat like any other Thanksgiving. I feel tired and brought down. So tomarrow I will start fresh on a real “normal” raw food again.

Ok, so I am overweight. For a week I added were raw foods I like. A week later I’m eating almost all raw. I do not crave the taste of cooked food and the roh.Ist this normal? Today I tried to made a regular meal and a slim, that was set up in my mouth to eat, they all come back. Is this normal or is my body rejecting the cooked food only for now?
depends on where you made your B-12. You can not spirulina and chlorella, both raw as well as plants, and have more than enough, b-12.
I went Vegan March 2009. . . down with him for about 5 months. . . have not done so well lately, but I am interested in going raw materials, primarily for health reasons. It is important to know that vegetarians and vegans especially since it is very difficult, the B12 that you need. You must take a B12, and as for the vitamin D.. . just step out into the sunshine.

You receive lots of amino acids on the raw food! Your body can not use protein. . .
This is amazing. I have this one for a while raw food is really interested and motivated me. My only question is whether you have enough protein from nuts and seeds?
Raw vegetables fruits and nuts are good carbs. They are complex carbohydrates. Bread and noodles are bad carbs. There are simple carbohydrates. Is not everything, which is processed, filtered, such as ground up, boiled, etc. have roh.Ich raw tries, I landed extremely B12 and vitamin D anemic. The anemia has exhausted me. It is not for everyone. I’m just a regular vegetarian right now.
