I eat salads at night with a chicken or fish protein, but I also got a $ 49 Oster blender and blend into the morning grapefruit and pomegranate-acai powder and add to it for a nice lift to get me going. I am about to lose 1st 4 pounds per day, so my Wii fit tells me, lol. . S. s. I am also on the incineration of 500 to 800 calories per day on my elliptical and lift weights every other day

  15. MihaiAlexandru92 says:

Perhaps raw is really the best. . . I almost never feel 100% full after eating. . . it improved since I quit eating the meat a few months ago, but I still cook my food. 2 months ago I could eat a whole grilled and still not enough. . . Cooking may actually change the nutrients so the body does not get what it needs, no matter how much you eat?

1st, man shouted: “I make a fire!, I can now Cook food”. After a few thousand years, man called again: “Raw Food Enzymes! Good for your health!”. . Then people will stop thinking: “Why the hell I have ..?!?( fire in the 1st place Personally, I would also like to eat raw, but I could not figure out how to get rid of pesticides. I in lived a less developed country, so that no organic – even if there are, it is likely) a scam.

I third. Can not trust the media.

  24. jeremiahp says:

Fat commentator at the end of the video: “I do not know if it’s delicious, but it seems to work.” Based on a “mostly” gone raw diet (and lost 40 kg in 5 mo.) Can I say that raw materials, awesome taste organic fruits and vegetables. After eating cooked foods at family gatherings, parties, etc., I often have the flavor of enthusiasm and energy of raw, living food very much. Once you begin your mind-body view of the wealth and taste retraining, it is amazing how the body begins to craze the natural taste of foods.
