sarahfit.com This fitness plan is for anyone who has been exercising for at least the past 6 months or has previous experience with weights and getting back into the swing of things. If you have not yet introduced weights into your fitness plan, start here! This is for cardio junkies :) Also, please consult your physician before you begin any new exercise program. Cardio 3-5x a week for 20-40 minutes at a moderate intensity. Find specifics on Sarahfit.com Weights 2-3x a week. Do each move 8-12 times, rest for 30 second to 1 minute and repeat.     then strength training is more useful as cardio, if it comes to weight loss? “I always thought that on a person wants to lose weight first then tone, because the muscle mass you could win. Would not bother with the weight loss? I’m really shooting for the second £ 5 (my plan: a lot of heart and 1200 cal a day) in the week, and I do not want to jeopardize by lifting weights too early. To be honest I could not Toning, so long I dropped the weight leben.Danke Sarah!

    the machine makes you lose weight faster: treadmill or elliptical? or the same (only dependent on ur workout is)? i usually 2 mi on the treadmill, but the elliptical burns more calories in 2 ml well. . . so what is better?

    @ 4countrygal4 Obviously, if you do weights before cardio, you will not feel the burn as much the next day from lactic acid, because the oxygen in the procurement in the heart. . I am not a personal trainer but!

    @ 4countrygal4 Technically yes. I prefer cardio most of the time, but from a results point of view it is better to do weights first is to do my take, what works best for you. If you know how you usually do cardio after a hard weight training session, try it first.
