@ Swaldo2000 he actually takes soy protein, he does not like a lot of dairy products

  2. LivetheTao says:

I like Jack LaLanne. If you ever see a chance, his bodybuilding pics. Every man would look like as he. I have it on the True Golden Age bodybuilders like Jack Hand Keeping It Real.

  3. stormthelantern says:

Two meals a day might be in order, at his age, but the needs of the body changes with age, etc.

  4. babystinky says:

Jack does not affect milk. He says, is that in his books. He follows two meals a day today.

  5. mygoatisdead says:

A lot of people say here on Jack was ahead of its time. I think it’s worse than that for us, we are all behind our time. “Imagine a few years later, when this whole” low fat “foods idiotic craze started in all, along with” eggs are for you “crap bad. What about the criminally moronic “drink eight glasses of water per day minimum” guideline, we still hear. Powerdrink compliant? lol.Kein Jack talking timeless food, REAL natural food, not just temporary fads.

  6. imnotabear says:

“Big salad” When was that filmed? this guy was a head of his time. I have taken on a less than 6 months and have not regretted it.

  7. swaldo2000 says:

According to Jack Lalanne’s weight gain plan, which he recommends three large meals with a few snacks in between. Today’s “gurus” are simply that the advice changed in six small meals per day. It’s what works for you and your schedule, and that is for me not to go to a meal sein.Und for the reception he is aware that whey protein once a day with raw veggy juice in the morning after his workout. He is also a believer in raw milk and the occasional fasting (I think 24 hours with watermelon juice.)

  8. uherske says:

Fats. . interesting question. Before margarines and other “synthetic” oils and fats were introduced to American consumers, for example, a set of natural, animal fats. Heart disease was extremely low. HD was rampant obesity and were introduced to modern, trendy diets. Low fat milk, skim milk? As dangerous as whole milk. Point is, you have raw milk, because its got bacteria will live in it, that at present the fat back into bad chloresterol. Its simple, saturated animal fats and is not your enemy of his new synthetic

  9. Intotheorchard says:

@ Well, I just can not saoirsemd these credentials, provided they are true. I explain, then, why.

  10. saoirsemd says:

Uh, wrong. From a practical point of view (not bodybuilding), are healthy lean body mass and longevity, both through planned fasting and caloric restriction plus paleo diet promoted. When you get into a war with credentials information, be my guest. I was a professor of pharmacology nutraceutical teaching at a college of pharmacy Big Ten for six years and continue to serve on editorial boards of several peer reviewed scientific journals. Respectfully, you are simply wrong.

  11. Intotheorchard says:

@ Saoirsemd you really are the clueless one. Granted to survive, we do not need six meals per day. But if a diet or try to muscle mass, 5-6 small meals get the best thing is you can do.

  12. MrMZaccone says:

Yogurt has been around for a few thousand years ago. I do not know about skim milk, homogenized milk, but before a majority of the cream (fat) swam to the top of the bottle and was often off for use in cooking, etc. I have consumed about “calories for the day contradict skimmed milk. Hormonal response to overeating at every meal requires that smaller meals to be distributed and over time. But you can be right that six may be exaggerated.

  13. Tekka says:

@ Buckwheat40 Probably not, it does not take much food for the development of the body, as he was. It takes years of effort just to see how the human body can realistically only 5 maybe 10 pounds of muscle make every year.

  14. nUaSvAy says:

Raw milk is better for you and tastes better.

  15. brushfour says:

I am amazed at how far ahead of his time was. The diet is almost spot-on correct. I did not know they made yogurt and skim milk at that time, plus other low fat foods, he said. I used to eat six small meals a day. It’s BULL. It’s the calories consumed for the day. I will eat 3 plus a snack and am now leaner than I then had the six small meals. Jack is a clever guy.

  16. CaseRed0605 says:

Jack is a good man and a damn smart guy. He is a little off, but for that period, he is certainly close.

  17. Lunarlaserranging says:

to recognize one of the most important Hings that the government never admit them, because it only ambition is all for money market can be seen, there are no guidelines to follow than any differnet. Its like the idiots who try to tell people how much they should eat them not to be taken into account that a person is 7 ft eat much more than a six-foot person. its little things like this in the beginning, reserved to the governments. You ur own way

  18. saoirsemd says:

They are confused. We do not need more than one main meal per day. The rest is minimal grazing. The amount of protein you need less than you think and is funded by the industry. For example, whey is one of the worst prtein suypplements you can eat roast (high glutamates that your NMDA receptors). Our old hunter-gatherers often went days without a new killing. Fasting is a natural state. If you can not handle it, your high insulin level route from the poor living conditions.

  19. emmthreejonny says:

@ Buckwheat40 The one sample dishes.

  20. buckwheat40 says:

This diet is a joke! This is from the 1950s, three meals a day is bullshit. You need at least six small meals a day. But his constituents are quite good. When you click on pictures of Jack Lalanne from the 40′s Look, he had big muscles. I know he ate more than this to get to this place

  21. mygoatisdead says:

As long as you have a balanced diet, then of course protein shakes shakes are necessary in Ordnung.Keines these proteins, or power is only my point is simple enough healthy food. They are just now discovering the complexity of the digestive system is and how important it is to avoid processed foods, and this applies also to the protein shakes too much (since it large amounts of sugar and lots of artificial stuff). Moderation is good, but nothing is, except Jack Lalaine diet is best, I think.

  22. babystinky says:

When did he stop eating like this? I know that he is now in the juices in the morning and eats only two meals per day.

  23. PhiveIncognito says:

    Paleo Diet kinda style:)

  24. gaddes01 says:

no no no, you’re right about everything except what protien shake of the. There is nothing wrong with drinking them when you sind.nur with the right food and not replace them as a meal.

  25. cokburn625 says:

do not care. Egg consumption has been shown to have no effect on cholesterol levels. . . the amount of cholesterol in your diet does not always correlate to high blood cholesterol
