oh I like that. I eat the vegetarian baked beans.
Do you have recipes, esp. with the tortillas? If you are at a social function, how do you do to continue to eat healthy?
PPL if you really want to lose weight, you need to make a sacrifice. just like her, I heard the means to eat fruit only grains and vegetables for three months and lost 50 lbs, with excerise. I have worked on the first so that it works strictly bceause it.

Have you ever thought to contribute to a vegetarian. . . . I tried the way of life for about a month, but I took on weight cuz I ate tons of pasta, I felt lost in the kitchen and good reading material plus sometimes my nephew comes to visit me, and he and my sister are veg-so, if you people visit for a weekend or whatever. . its kind of hard to be a good host if you are not sure what they eat. . . . hope that makes sense. . . Thank you for a very informative video
They have so many different things to choose from in the U.S.. . ! Over here (in Norway), we get nothing! Seriously. . We have not even low-fat cottage cheese. . Ugh. .

My favorite juice, spinach, carrots and apples. . . yum. Everyday and loaded with minerals and vitamins. You should pick coconuts and oranges and coconut orange smoothie in your blender. . too good Yum Yum!
This is a cool video very motivating and good for someone trying to lose weight. Gives great ideas for someone good start to their journey. I am a vegan and a good sub for the parkay Soy Garden or Earth would be in balance. When I started a vegetarian canned food I ate and then began to eat the fresh steamed vegetables and then went totally raw vegetables and fruits. Then I bought a juicer and then made green juices.
