    I know it’s hard to go to school and I also do not have time to really work out that I try to eat better, I add sea moss on my diet, it slows down my craving for sweets and nourish my body, He has a high value of iron and zinc we need these minerals on a daily basis. See u buy moss from multivitamins or 1310 838 2490 only made in a blender and add soy milk, I should point out that u drop french fries, I limit the sodas and the abclimber spans every part of the body u can do it

    This is GREAT info! I never know what they eat. I just started working out. this is my 5th Week. So far I’ve only kg lost 10, but I know I need something else. It makes no sense to plataue after 10 bls. . . so this was great! I’m def bout to sub!
