Hey thank u so much anyamalfoy @! Yes, I know that I just checked the packages full of vitamins n goodness! I personally add a few of my whole grain cereal in the mornin, just another way of gettin goodness in my body! it is so true when u said smaller targets set, that is exactly what I need to concentrate, a realistic approach to all this. @ HaveYouGained hey thanks for the advice it really helps, I know in a little unsure of how often to weigh myself, I think, once a week is more than enough provided I stay focused and to eat right. & As for exercise, yeah I see ur point, it is not gonna be the Miracle Maker in this whole, I think, when I was in a habit, a healthy diet and exercise routine casual the better. concentrate for now on only gonna keepin active recording and my diet. Well suited for do not go to McDonalds is getan.Es well, you get focused. Set yourself small goals and make sure at first even when you are there ankommen.Auch there is nothing wrong with nuts. They are incredibly good for you.
Also as I said, not so much value on the exercise, to eat well, to focus instead.
They have been losing weight for 24 days as now, and think you are yoyoing? Since it is relatively slow to lose the margin for error is greater, because the weight normally fluctuates beacouse of gastric contents and water to bind. This is one of the reasons why you should not weight, you too often. The slower you lose, the less you should weight.
I have, where u so many times and I had this list in my head, I would say at the end of the video. . . . . but it looks like your taking the right steps and make better decisions now. Love the haul! How to watch what other people eat
