    Boy this guy is right, what most of us who are overweight, ups and downs in blood sugar, like a roller coaster out of control up and down. And then BAM sweetened on diabetes or pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, confusion. Its some scary shit.

    I only drink a cup of coffee and eat every day healthing and good if I drink ocfee it my fat cause in Birns very thin in the £ 85 and I drink only one coffee daily cup and I loose a pound every day:) Peace and Love Fatima

    That is so true. I recently had to crawl back into my diet of sugar and sure enough weight has started way back in the wrong direction again! So hard, not sugary snacks on things, but if your feeling low because it’s a tempting shortcut to mask your pain.

    Try Bikram yoga or a long hike. I live in LA and have access to hiking trails, which for an hour and even longer if I choose to go. The fat keeps you away from my Körper.Erwerben Pilates DVD’s that take about an hour long and get a yoga mat and do it at home. I rotate between the long walks, yoga and Pilates.Eine hours per day, that fat away, but I am also getting thinner, but I think it will work for you.

    I have a coffee with sugar in my mid-morning break, need to cut that! I feel generally okay in the mornings and a little grumpy and tired from the late evening. . thought that was perhaps a serotonin issue, as this will be replaced during sleep, is not it?
