Easy meal 4 weight loss & muscle gain, healthy too


quinoa is a wonder grain, high in protein, high in fiber, and low in fat. Even I can cook it, just two ingredients: quinoa and salsa. Let it boil 15min and its done. 1 serving (1/4 cup dry) has: 170 calories 6g protein 3g fiber 3g fat For a great meal, have quinoa with 1/2 cup cooked pinto beans (or half a chicken breast) and a piece of fruit.

    @ SGTcrackey666 It’s all about portion sizes. You can use a variety of different foods, as long as the majority of them to eat healthy. I reached a lot of my success with 6-7 300-400 calorie meals per day in addition to my training. If you go to more than one meal (eg, 2 apples cut more than 500), again on the next, or a bit more training in the gym. And also, that apples are not good for you, they are full of sugar. Eat as the two is exaggerated anyway, and not much protein.

    Scooby, you can even get to go 1 1 / 2 on the water and after cooking, place it over a low flame, the lowest you and let it cook for 10-15. Then you are like fluff rice. It is very versatile. You can create all kinds of fried or steamed vegetables and spices. Red quinoa is delicious and look even better. BTW, it’s pronounced KEEN-wah.

    @ Scooby1961 its almost impossible to foods less than 350 calories, I could work out of the wrong cause in the United Kingdom, but I cannot have two apples, because the calories are about 500, found 281 calories per apple, can this be possible, right?

    I bought some quinoa. The £ 1 bag cost me $ 10. 00th The bag claims you can make 16 1 / 4 servings. 7g protein per 1 / 4 cup. Not bad. I like the term salsa, but I have not been able to find sugar free salsa. Thank you for everything you do Scooby.
