    I saw this exercise before on another channel people call it did not do it they called it Leg Swoop Full sit-Outs.Aber thanks for sharing the proper motion which they did not show correct form to learn for others.

    At first I was disappointed and thought that it did’nt seem to be that hard, but after he tried it in a body weight circuit I realized that this exercise is brutal.

    This kick is very close to a move I teach young wrestlers. The switch. But the blow up off of the knees, is suspended. A big step for lower body strength and abilities!
