What weight loss supplements would you suggest?

I have decided, about 50 lbs is up to the time over the summer and so far I’m doing a lot of progress to lose. I have my diet a little over a month and have already lost 14 pounds. I joined the gym. I walk at least 4 times a week. In general, although every day unless a different plan interrupts my schedule. I see what I eat. I have reduced my calories significantly, and even started keeping a food diary in which I also keep an eye on my exercise. I bought a pedometer and count against me, basically I have improved my way enormous, since the year started. My question is regarding the infamous “weight loss pills. I want something to increase my energy to add increase my metabolism, and only speed up the process. I’m kind of in a hurry because I’m planning a vacation and would like this as complete as possible before my original plan. But how can one trust anything out there, really? Does anyone have something that they were satisfied hit? Or does anyone have any tips in general? I tried the Slimquick, I even tried TrimSpa, but remained among them soon after. Trimspa is still sitting in my closet I have like 4 of them. Slimquick I used a whole bottle, bought another, went through the half and then stopped because I was not sure whether they would interact with medications that I started at the time. I can say I was pretty happy with the results slimquick me. However, I want to see what other options I have. Cost is also a concern because I’m not rich and can not afford to spend $ 100/month on weight loss pills. A friend of mine [body builder] swears Hydroxycut. But not many other people with whom I spoke, it recommended, so any suggestions?

LASSE diet pills! They are dangerous, last year I was visiting my parents and took diet pills on top of my exercise routine and normal diet. I was 26 then, 5’11, 180 lbs. By the third week, I was sick. I had diarrhea, dry heaves, dizziness, headaches and a general feeling of illness. I thought I had caught the flu or something. I had lost 13 pounds in 4 days. One morning I told my mother I did not feel good. My vision kept blacking out and I felt (for want of a better way to say it) stoned. Later that afternoon, I walk out of the bathroom in my bedroom (a 5-foot could go) and I fainted. I got to the hospital emergency where they are a series of tests on me stürzte.Mein pulse was up to 120, my blood pressure was 150/40, they had me start on an IV, which did an EKG on me, took blood and urine samples and a whole flood of other Tests.Sie finally got me stabilized and said I was dehydrated and malnourished. I told him that I took diet pills. When I mentioned diet pill, the doctors face lights up and said that is the reason. He said they can cause a range of health problems, including death. He told me to diet pills or next time I may not be so lucky to werfen.Ich was in the hospital for almost 10 hours long, because 3 or 4 IVs, potassium, juices, and monitored (by the EKG, blood pressure and heart rate machines) every 15 Minuten.Bitte take my story as a warning. If you seriously want to lose weight there are better ways (I know because I have lost weight after it has) the fastest way to cut out red meat, starch, bread, sugar, alcohol and Softdrinks.Eat vegetables (salads are good ), soups and drinks tons of water. If you eat between meals hunger, drinking water füllen. In sizes, white meats and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can adopted to control weight) Practice portion. Yes, you feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you will not have the feeling of not mehr.Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, like an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.) To exercise for at least an hour a day, including strength training. Strength training builds muscles. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea. There are also tone and definition. Not even a few yoga and pilates exercises to help set the tone for hard to reach areas and stubborn.
