I recently lost a lot of weight. I do one hour cardio and some days for muscle density as instructed by a trainer at my gym. I want to know how to go many days a week I do. I’m for something, have the great results is because I am on a plateau in my weight loss.

plateauing usually happens because your body adapts to you to do, what are. try to do more strength training exercises and vary with the heavy weight / low reps and low weight / high reps every once in a while to guess your body.
