I have a yr old baby and would like to lose about 25 pounds. What is the best exercise for weight loss? I have the P90X but can not help it out. I would also like to buy a treadmill, because I do not have to do exactly all the time to go to a gym. I work full time and have a 1 1 / 2 hour commute each Weg.Irgendwelche ideas?
