What is average weight loss for one week?

I was asked if anyone knew what is an average weight loss per week. I started eating healthy last week * at about 1200 calories because I was still not working out * and lost 4 pounds. Now I’ve started to eat about 1,600 calories, because I am with alternating aerobics and pilates and I’ve already lost 2 more pounds. I wants me to lose weight, remain off * just had a child and had a few pounds after getting married! * What doctors recommend to lose, and if I have to lose too much, I should more calories or willthe weight loss taper off after a few weeks?

No more than 7 pounds is normal. Any damage to you and your little longer. While you work, the calories you eat “OK” burn are. If you eat more calories then you need to work out then you will gain weight. Just right. Your body has a lot to carry weight. This is where your body to a certian weight it does not matter how much you starve yourself or exercise your body just seems like there is not any weight to lose. Do not be discouraged, this happens. Just keep exercising and eventually your body will have to give.

Do not starve yourself! 1200 calories is nothing. . You need more. Stay about 1,600 calories. Depending on your body size, activities etc.. The first few lbs. You lose water anyway. . I look forward to the amount of people on Yahoo Answers, all at once surprised, to lose weight, like for different reasons. . but try to do it too suddenly or crash diet. . Weight loss should be gradual. . For a complete lifestyle change, as far as nutrition is concerned. . Good luck. always try some light cardio and strength training. . and not eating after 6pm. if you can. .
