I was asked if anyone knew what is an average weight loss per week. I started eating healthy last week * at about 1200 calories because I was still not working out * and lost 4 pounds. Now I’ve started to eat about 1,600 calories, because I am with alternating aerobics and pilates and I’ve already lost 2 more pounds. I wants me to lose weight, remain off * just had a child and had a few pounds after getting married! * What doctors recommend to lose, and if I have to lose too much, I should more calories or willthe weight loss taper off after a few weeks?
