What are good vegetables for weight loss?

I want to make a soup and I need some ideas for healthy, Nutrional, antioxidant rich vegetables to put that in weight loss aid. Recipes are welcome too!

    Cabbage soup. I do not really measure but I roughly one head of cabbage, 5-6 carrots, one medium onion and celery, and about 48 ounces V8 and I always have extra for later.

    My aunt makes cabbage soup, that’s all they eat all day if they want to lose weight, and for her it works. I’m not sure if they add any other vegetables, I think, to carrots.

    Celery cook, add many carrots, onion, leek and peeled tomatoes in a Oxo, salt pepper, mixed herbs, oregano, garlic and tomato paste to simmer slowly and panfull over an hour and then some mix, I make a large and freeze in containers and then warm up frozen out.

    I have been through it all and know what it is. The main thing is that it is in stock. You can not an addict to food and never exercise if you want a healthy life and keep the weight off.
