Is running good for weight loss in your legs?

I want to lose weight, either in the legs, or at least sound good on them. Even if they are still about the same size, but again goes to muscle me damit.Möchten runs well with a Wii fit to work to achieve this if I run for 10-20 minutes per day only? I have a disability that prevents me more than that unfortunately. Will this be enough to achieve weight loss in the legs or sound or is there nothing that I can not force myself to do more than I can? Thank you!

Running is good for weight loss in general. It is an aerobic exercise that way, you need to do in order to lose weight. I’m sure 20 minutes is good, I have 20 minutes aerobic workouts, which would not be successful if they work does not belong.

haha, the exercise will make you lose weight in an even amount all over. There is no way to lose weight you are in a given area and only in this area. But yes, you will lose weight in your legs along with the rest of your body. And I would suggest doing other cardio like running to biking or swimming, in addition, as 10 to 20 minutes is not too long. You can also walk.
