In view of the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, I will be fasting in Monat. In this month and a half of summer, I gained a lot of muscles. I would really hate to lose all the weight I gained during fasting. Can someone tell me how to prevent weight loss? The first thing that comes to mind, it is possible to exercise after eating, would be effective? Thank you, I think I made a mistake in explaining my question. Let me put in another way: How can I prevent muscle loss? The reason for Ramadan is that it is one months meant an individual to practice patience is allowed, and spirituality. Moreover, it is physically sound: http://www. ncbi. NLM. NIH. gov/pmc/articles/PMC156352 / “We report that when C57BL / 6 mice on an intermittent fasting (fasting second day) diet regime their general restriction of food intake to maintain and not remove their body weight is maintained. Nevertheless, intermittent fasting resulted in positive effects that met or exceeded the caloric restriction including reduced serum glucose and insulin levels and increased resistance of neurons in the brain to excitotoxic stress. “http://www. Do you mind if I ask why you fast? I’m too lazy to see it myself and I have always wondered, so heres my chance to find out! : D Thank you.
There is not much weight loss. I am a Muslim. As you eat eat before sunrise and after sunset. Then you’re not missing much. If you are not eating enough, if you agree to. Most people do not lose weight during Ramadan. I guess you can exercise after eating, but I would suggest it will, after sunset, so that you can drink when you are thirsty.
^ In the religion of Islam, fasting during the holy month of Ramadan is a tradition much like the 40 days Jesus went through the desert is for Christians. To answer your question correct, sir, I think you are during fasting one meal allowed? Make sure this meal is probably rich in protein and carbohydrates and calories, if you want to keep the weight. Also push-ups and weight lifting would help save a few pounds as well.
