How to i continue from being on a weight loss plateau?

In the past 6 months I have my life completely ver? Changed style. I eat very healthy and have a lot of self-control. I work as much as I can additional keeping practices for sports and games and I have dropped my weight from 178 to to 137th But lately I can not Ausma? at all in the direction of weight loss and I am not moving to know how to change it?. I’m not sure if only R ckschnitt? Calories will do it because i know that i dont? Eat about 1200 a day, even if? To close at all? En. Can someone help me?
