I did the exercise and the preparation for months, since about October. Since then I went up to £ 178 pounds 158th My weight seemed to bottom at least a pound a week until this month, where I have not moved FOM £ 158 to go. I’m eating well, tons and tons of vegetables, and I know of at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, and every other days I workout. I’m 18, female. Why the weight loss has been stopped, how can I kick it again? Thanks.
