How do you break a weight loss plateau?

I’ve lost 30 pounds and not to the last seam £ 15 can drop. I need a few tips on how to break through a weight loss plateau. Any suggestions? Please, no Acai Berry Mist and other spammy stuff. I’m looking for me for legitimate means.
