   The chocolate flavor, at least, is pretty disgusting. The powder is extremely clumpy at first but does eventually blend fairly well. I tried this shake with 1% milk, and I can’t even imagine how bad it would be with water. The texture is extremely grainy even once blended, so that it tastes like you are swallowing a bunch of sawdust particles with each sip.

   When it first hit my mouth I thought it was okay or even potentially good, but then I experienced the terrible aftertaste, which I assume is from the stevia sweetening. It is quite sickening. I have a pretty good tolerance with nutritional shakes and I was unable to finish this one on two separate attempts.

   As for hunger fighting, I didn’t notice it working any better than other shakes.

   Gross.

   I CONSIDER THIS PRODUCT EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, AND ON TOP OF THAT, WHEN I OPENED THE CONTAINER, IT WAS ONLY “1/2 FULL”.-

   WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

   So — yes I am experimenting I tired this with 8 oz of cold water. I shook the mix until it was completely dissolved. Than I smelled it disgusting. I was like ok it might not be that bad wow I was wrong, so I took a sip and almost threw up I couldnt even swallow it. I know own but will never use it… so gross.

   Can’t really comment on the weight loss aspect of this product, but my wife loves the taste and consistencey, for what it’s worth to anyone.

   I love the chocolate shake. I don’t use it as a weight loss supplement. I use it as a quick breakfast or snack when I am in a hurry. I have blood sugar issues and this drink helps me maintain a good level. Sometimes when I am craving something tasty, but I don’t want to have something sinful, I have a shake instead. I find the chocolate mix to be creamy, yummy and filling. I blend mine with soy milk which takes this product to a whole new level of enjoyability. Even using 1/2 soy milk 1/2 water makes this otherwise okay shake into an excellent treat.

   The vanilla on the other hand is a different story. That is that most disgusting foul yuck yuck powder drink. Nothing can help that flavor. Not soy milk, not real milk, not the addition of fruit. It is terrible. It even smells funny and looks sickly. I won’t buy that again.

   So overall, I will rate this mix 4 stars. It looses a star since I have to add my own soy milk to make it worth the extra star. I would dock it one more star because the taste of vanilla mix still haunts me and is only worth about two stars, but I don’t want to turn people off of a very good product (THE CHOCOLATE ONE).
